What Does The Newsletter Editor Do?
At the same time the monthly Calendar is emailed to members, we also email a monthly newsletter. The newsletter features a letter from the President, contact list for Board Members and Committee Chairpersons, business reports, information for playgroups that are being held that month, and fun information that may be valuable to members. The Newsletter Editor is a member who receives all submissions and creates a layout based on the information needs to go into that newsletter. Any submissions for the newsletter needs to be emailed to the Editor by the Thursday following the monthly business. Besides additional details for playgroups, submissions can be recipes, stories, local events, kid activities, or anything that you think the members would love to read about.
